I was delighted to share the stage with Andrew Johanson from Mulgowie Farms to discuss regenerative agriculture in annual horticultural production systems in October 2024.
The event was organised by Clinton Muller and the Soil Wealth ICP team from RMCG and Sophie Thach from Applied Horticultural Research.
The forum provided a great opportunity to showcase what is possible in an industry dominated by short, rapid rotations and high inputs. We explored what regenerative horticulture means, how it contrasts with sustainability, and discussed principles and practices. The webinar provides a practical overview on implementing practices on your farm and promotes adoption of these practices for healthier soils and a more resilient farming system.
